The Day after the Party
The members of our Association who were present for the Generous Assembly have a question to ask themselves. The issues raised: loss of inspiration in the group, the appearance of political ambitions, redistributing responsibilities given my wish to step back, the difficulties of those from outside the capital, were they from a standpoint specific to us or based rather on the petty passions of group life as such? Because their future, and partly also that of their discipline, depends on the answer.
Some would seem to have come as if to a show, ultimately that of the birth of tragedy. But in its beginnings, the latter didn’t fail to bring home to the audience that they themselves were on the stage and their own fate, if it mattered to them, was being played out.
Only if they didn’t contribute something themselves.
